Data in standard input is read to an empty buffer even if files are specified in arguments when running micro like in
env | sort | micro .profilewith this pull request. I thought it would be useful when using shell features like pipes and completion a lot. I realized that there may not be much programs supporting this, so I do not know if it will actually be useful and fine to support.
