a1111-setup v0.2.2

What's new in this release:

• Completely rewritten from scratch (using some portions of old code)
• Use patches instead of replacing the code with the sed command
• Cleaner command line parameters and new options
• Apply my patches from the development version of A1111 (#15851, #16059, #16092)
• Add recommended params based on CPU architecture (ARM or Intel), RAM and WebUI fork (A1111 or Forge)
• New option -i to display debug info
• Remove messy parsing of help display from comments in code
• Add color themes (blue, red, green, yellow, magenta, cyan, no-color)
