Allow CI Workflow Run

Note: this should only be enabled once the PR is ready to go and can only be enabled by a maintainer

I don't see Tailwind CSS used on the example https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/with-docker. It looks like this PR should be closed.
