Run this in cmd to set up dev enviornment: 
cd Documents\ThreadedTweeterWebsite\createreact
npm start

To create production build:
cd Documents\ThreadedTweeterWebsite\createreact
npm run build

index.js and index.css are the only files you'll probably need to work with
