[Feature Request] Events on graphics

It would be nice to have an "Event" section, in which I can insert some global or local events that can be visualized on graphics as a vertical dotted line (or a customizable visualization). These events should be able to be placed in categories.

For example in the event section I insert two items:
15/02/2022 - Russia recognize independency of Doneck and Lugansk
24/02/2022 - Start of Ukraine invasion

These two items are displayed on my graphics as a vertical dotted line at the exact date (better if the user can select which event, or events category, display on a graphic).

This enhancement would allow one to see how a particular event affected the performance of the portfolio or how I reacted to certain events.

I hope you find this idea interesting. For me it would be a killer feature.

It might probably be appropriate to expand that event feature.

Closed by opening #3942 . Local events are implemented. I thought having a new more specific issue is better for the project coordination.
