The orbit controls we use in viser can be unintuitive when what we're visualizing isn't aligned with the scene's "up" direction:

The new "Camera Orientation Tool" gives us a way to visualize the current up direction, both with the current up vector and the horizontal plane it defines:

The tool lets us reorient the camera controls:

It also lets us move the "look at" point, which also defines the centerpoint for orbiting:
