This PR allow the websites to send email via mailjet using his SMTP configuration. a free mailjet account is used temporarely to get some credentials. When deploying the main branch, we need to configure a mailjet account with a domain djangocon.africa.
Some styling was also added for the authentication forms (based on the figma design)
PS: i couldn't retrieve the design elements on figma. (My account is not allowed to use the developer mode)
