Fixed a bunch of ruff errors.
Ruff is the fastest linter for Python (because it's in Rust).
Some were automatic fixes, some I fixed manually, and some added to ignore list for now.
Installed and tested it manually at the end with all graphs and summaries (with disabling, enabling etc).
Very nice tool BTW.
