ad_discordbot v1.0

This bot has come A VERY LONG WAY since I forked it 14+ months ago at ~700 lines of code, and now it's grown to multiple modules* totaling 10k+ lines and a gazillion features, insane history management*, and so on and so on.

I'm finally now posting a Release, and will try to get into a habit of posting more as major features are implemented.
