Fix for the Foldername "CustomSurfaces"
This release contains all the surface decals and CustomSurfaces.
Check the Main page how to install this pack in the correct folders.

Fixed Road Cracks Layering
The following textures were updated:
37, 38, 78, 90, 91, 92, 96, 97, 114, 115.
The road cracks & damage are now the top layer of the decals.
The ZIP Download contains the full Pack. Download de Source Code (zip) to get the lastest version.

- Decals in the UI are now sorted by colour.
- The layer position of the Decals was added in this natural order:
Dirt > Stone > Terrains > Grass > Asphalt > Paths

Note:
The decals have a new stacking order, this will eventualy change some decals order in your current city. ( nothing to critical I hope ).
If you want only the new decals, just add the textures counting from ( 94 to 129 ). But I still recommend the full update.
** You may need to restart your game twice, to EAI import all the changes.
