Description of the changes in your PR

Updated the Lithuanian layout to add the letters Ą Č Ę Ė Į Š Ų Ū Ž according to the Windows Lithuanian layout. This avoids the need for long pressing keys, making typing faster.

The lack of Lithuanian letters has been added as an issue in FUTO Keyboard: futo-org/futo-keyboard-layouts#5
