Feature request: Larger construction queue "window"

Problem Description

Currently you can see only 3 rows of construction queue in the city screen. It is very inconvenient if you have scheduled a large queue.

Desired Solution

Make the queue expandable/collapsible, like the rest of the left-hand lists. I mean, you can collapse expand the list of units, the list of buildings, and even "Others", even though the last one is always a short list. It would be nice if you could also expand/collapse the list of "Construction queue"

Alternative Approaches

Make the "Construction queue" list auto-fill all the available space on the left-hand side of the city screen that is left vacant after you collapse other lists.
