Feature: Toggle Hotkey action

Use case: I'd like to be able to use 1 key to either set my screen to 100% or 1%. In my case, the home key. Pressing home key would toggle between 100% and 1%. Currently I have ctrl-home to do the toggle.

This could be achieved by adding a "+Add Toggle action" button next to the "+ Add action" button.
