Auto generate colour palette from image

I'm going to move this to in progress instead of complete for one small addition which is optional, the ability to specify how many colours to generate. The usual pop-up menu design can be used here with either a text input box or slider to configure this (refer to the figma library to see how these look). This can either pop-up when the user presses the from image button or the probably better option, when the user right clicks the button.

As mentioned above, this is optional and can either be ignored or just implemented later and this can be marked as complete.
