I replace the model and the score file with zh_CN ones provided at https://github.com/mozilla/DeepSpeech/releases/tag/v0.9.3. However, I got "UnicodeEncodeError":

UnicodeEncodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't encode characters in position 11-12: surrogates not allowed
