Odd incompatibility w/ WorldBorder #1

WorldBorder works with Dynmap as seen here, but when using the Forge version of Dynmap and the CBBridge, it does not show up as a layer on the map.

Any idea why this init code doesn't work? (I'm trying to facilite solving this, I don't actually maintain WB.)
