image Before I bought a license, this setting was switching off the built in display when we rebooted. Now it is not. I have two external monitors connected.

Does this work when you simply start or restart the app after login? So it does not work only after a reboot when the app first starts?

@waydabber good question.
I just tested. It doesn't work on reboot, but it does work on wake from sleep.
I have the app set to start on login, and it had been working on boot.

It might be the setting that I have configured, but when I quit BD, the built-in doesn't come back on, and nothing happens when I start the app again - which makes sense.

I'll reboot real quick and close open the app before turning off the built-in or sleep/waking and see if restarting the app causes it to turn the built-in off.

@waydabber it does work if I quit the app and start it again after reboot.

@waydabber good/bad news - it is now working again. My wife's computer was also impacted, but it is now working again as well. It had not worked for days before I opened the issue, we reboot at least daily.
If it recurs, what information could I gather to help troubleshoot?

No problem, will look into the issue and fix it. It is probably because this is a Pro feature and sometimes the Paddle component may not acknowledge the license in time before display configuration happens (during which disconnecting the built-in screen happens when needed).
