According to the technical data sheets from Texas Instruments, the ADS1256 should be able to activate a high impedance input buffer for measurements.
See here on page 15 and throughout.
There is no support in the modules as far as I know.
Am I mistaken or is there some reason why we do not want this? If I am mistaken will someone please share an updated python module for it?
