启动指令中的 -c 参数不管用，是哪里不对吗？

我尝试的第1组指令（无效）：

/usr/local/nebula/scripts/nebula.service -c /root/nebula-config/nebula-graphd.conf start graphd

我尝试的第2组指令（无效）：

/usr/local/nebula/scripts/nebula.service -c /root/nebula-config/ start all

另外，三种服务应该先启动哪个、后启动哪个？
