Jump to bounding box when cycling through cells

As part of the navigation feature introduced in #478, a "nice-to-have" feature might be for the canvas to jump to a bounding box (or slightly larger than bounding, perhaps size can be user specified) around the newly selected cell upon cycling, so that you can also visualize it yourself easily.
