Replace the local K-Filter with the upstream version from the FAUST libraries.

Give this issue some time, e.g. until the Debian repositories have repackaged the FAUST libraries.

This project is using faust compiled from KXStudio repos on Linux and Windows builds, and faust from homebrew on macOS.
So we only need to wait for the homebrew side, the KXStudio repos I can update as needed.

The accompanying documentation can be deleted then. I moved it to a new location.
