Support for parametrized queries

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like currently there is no support for parametrized queries:

import sqlglot
sqlglot.transpile("SELECT * FROM table WHERE id = ?", read="bigquery", write="postgres")

Outputs:

SELECT * FROM table WHERE id = ?

The desired output would be:

SELECT * FROM table WHERE id = $1

This would be a great feature to have, and I imagine not terribly complicated to implement (just a guess).

why should the output be $1? the current behavior seems correct to me which is it returns the query as is with "?"

Because parametrized query syntax varies between dialects, in BigQuery you use ? and in Postgres you use $X where X is the positional parameter number

i see, i didn't realize that postgres didn't have ? and only $x

this is not high priority for me as it's not an analytical use case, but i'm happy to accept a PR for it

Fair enough, I would need a lot of guidance probably, I'll ping you if/when I get around to it. Thanks for considering the idea.
