Proposal: Have hard coded alias exceptions for symbol pages

Because windows filesystem forbids some symbols, some pages like :, |, > and < need to be plaintext as seen in #13846 (comment)
To have more consistency so that all symbol pages can be invoked with their respective symbols, I propose that the client has hardcoded aliases. If the user inputs tldr "|", it should result in the client pulling the vertical-bar.md page.
