Inegration update - Config error

Hi,
I updated the integration and now if I want to login over my APP login I get the following error

Unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten: Exception <class 'homeassistant.data_entry_flow.AbortFlow'>: Flow aborted: already_configured

An uninstall of the integration over HACS followed with an installation brings up the same error.
Also the account is checked over the app - All working.
Any ideas ?

Found my error - Integration was hidden in the list - Deleted the config - It runs.
