Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • Adds a C implementation of the studentized-range cumulative distribution function (CDF).

  • Includes benchmarks for the C implementation.

  • Provides examples demonstrating the usage of the studentized-range CDF in C.
