This repository presents the codes used for Chapter 3 of Boyang Liu's PhD thesis for the UWA/ICRAR, Properties of the Cold Atomic Hydrogen in the Large Magellanic Cloud.
These scripts are used in the sequence as shown in ATCA_Scripts_Overview.png. The structure of the core script, hi_extract_spectra.py, is shown in hi_extract_spectra.png. See the thesis for detailed explanations.
