Cannot sign open lightning channel transaction #9293

Getting the following error. DummyAddressUsedInTxException('tried to sign tx with dummy address!')

Funds appear to be in the channel on the GUI. But shows 'not yet available.'

Transaction is not in mempool, as it seems it has never been signed.
