Minimum streaming latency possible with HaishinKit?

Hi, what's the minimum streaming latency possible with this library? SRT supports as low as 1ms latency parameter in their newer versions, is it possible for HaishinKit to support such low latency for SRT? I am working with perfect network conditions (LAN) and I am just looking for the lowest latency possible, therefore using high (120/240) fps camera mode. If not, any recommendations for how could I attempt to achieve ultra low latency streaming from my iPhone to a server on LAN which is wired. I initially tried ffmpegkit, but their AVFoundation input has some bug, which doesn't allow for 120 fps in 120 fps mode.

Update: found the SRT version used in this library, seems like it supports 1ms latency parameter. I am going to attempt to achieve that latency.
