i have a title in side a note (Heading 4) + the same text not a s heading, and when I search i see the first result like there is something but it doesn't show anything and I cant see the result I need.

The problem is the "I" in the request: as you can see, it's matching a lot of notes (directly or as the "stem" of other words), so your actual note is probably buried under all those results.
Searching for "what need" should return more relevant results, though there is no guarantee for the expected note to be returned.
