Worth a plugin?

Do you believe it should be a plugin?
If you think the default test reporting should use that pep's notation then it should be in the pytest core, but i doubt so.
Can you please elaborate what problem this plugin solves except making report like that pep says?

Recently we started to consider all existing pytest plugins as a responsibility of the pytest community, not only the author/maintainer. It's important that plugins are of good quality and don't double existing ones or the pytest core functionality

This was a joke, and it only serves to entertain. So it really can only be a plugin not anything else. Maybe this can be better worded anywhere, and I would take contributions to that. It is funny.
