[babel-plugin-component] Remove dynamic import() transformation

Opening this issue for posterity; in the breaking changes wishlist (#2964) we mentioned:

• remove dynamic import transformation from Babel plugin component

This is probably not possible in the near-term since we need to support the dynamicImport config for the foreseeable future. But consumers can omit this config if they truly want import()s to remain untransformed.

The value of removing this is that we could delegate the decision to the container (LEX/LWR/etc.) of what to do with dynamic import()s.
