TDD view inconsitencies with time grain selection and smallest_time_grain #6242

Describe the bug

  1. In a TDD view, when selecting P30D and set smallest_time_grain to monthly causes inconsistencies between the graph and table's data. One shows daily (ish).

Once the time range is a larger amount IE P12M, the chart matches the table.

  1. The Bar graph shows the 'correct' view as we'd expect the graph to respect the time grain, but the line graph does not.

P30D from Nov 24.

Expected behavior
The table and graph both would respect the time grain and time filter.

Additional nit; When selecting a single month, the TDD view has a lot of white space.
