Transparent context menu on bookmark bar

Describe the bug

Right clicking on the bookmark bar shows the context menu, but its background is transparent.

To Reproduce

1. Open the bookmark bar with Ctrl-B
2. Right click anywhere on it

Expected behavior

The background color of the context menu should match my theme, just like anywhere else in the Firefox.

Setup information

• OS: Arch Linux & Ubuntu
• Installation method: Arch Linux package & deb
• Firefox version: 131.0b7
• Theme version: commit fb5b578
• Optional features enabled: gnomeTheme.hideSingleTab

I can't reproduce in the current stable Fireox 131.

Still occurs for me on 132.0b1 (also updated firefox-gnome-theme)

Hmm. maybe a xorg or xwayland problem? What are you using there?

I debugged it a but and the issue seems to be in theme/parts/popups.css on line 26. That background isn't applied properly.

Hmm, it's weird. For me the background is applied just fine. Also it only happens for the bookmarks menu right?
