Building wheel's with included packages

Hi!

I have a monorepo setup and it is the following:

    libraries/
      package1/ 
      package2/ depends on package1
    projects/
      project1/ depends on package2 

I'm trying to build a wheel from project1, so it would contain both package1 and it's dependent package2, so my project would require to install only 3rd party dependencies in docker.

I've tried to achieve this behaviour with the following hatch config, but I didn't succeed:

[project]
...
dependencies = [
  "3rdparty1",
  "3rdparty2",
  "package2 @ {root:uri}/../../libraries/package2"
]
...
[tool.hatch.build]
dev-mode-dirs = ["{root:uri}/../../libraries"]

...

[tool.hatch.build.targets.wheel]
packages = [
  "project1",
  "package2 @ {root:uri}/../../libraries/package2/"
]

Did anyone already solved this kind of setup with hatch?
I would really appreciate any help!
