pre-commit hooks like black

Thank you so much for this great tool. I could steel a great deal from the source code itself (which means hatch adheres to hatch logic!)

I'm used to a pre-commit hook for black (among others). How can I accomplish that with hatch: Automatically run black before a commit?

I'm inexperienced in setting up all those things. Could you maybe explain a little more?

1. pre-commit must be installed somewhere. Do you suggest to specify it as dependency in one of hatch's environments?
2. If pre-commit is in a hatch environment, how can it automatically work when I git commit something (which I do outside of a hatch env)?

Can't, just use it by itself then since this is unrelated to Hatch
