How do I run hatch build in an environment?

I'm using a custom environment plugin, and want the hatch build to take place in that specific environment.

1. Is there a way to make hatch build always take place in XYZ environment?
2. Is there a way to specify XYZ environment for hatch build? I don't see a way to select the environment in hatch build cli

I think hatchling builds don't happen in any hatch environment and there's no way to combine them.
You can choose dependencies directly, or use extras.
