The link to old virtualenv zipapp versions doesn't work with python version in it

In the virtualenv installation documentation, there's a paragraph about downloading the old versions of virtualenv zipapp:

If you are looking for past version of virtualenv.pyz they are available here: https://github.com/pypa/get-virtualenv/blob/<virtualenv version>/public/<python version>/virtualenv.pyz?raw=true

However, the link doesn't work with python version in it (example: https://github.com/pypa/get-virtualenv/blob/20.1.0/public/3.8/virtualenv.pyz?raw=true)
