Can I customize and/or suppress "Notice:" in Installing build tools?

I am building a lot of wheels with cross-compilation on both Windows and MacOS, this generates a ton of Notice: messages, e.g. 4 for each build:

Build wheels on cp311-win_arm64
Setting DIST_EXTRA_CONFIG=C:\Users\runneradmin\AppData\Local\Temp\cibw-run-cfxclu_f\cp311-win_arm64\build\extra-setup.cfg for cross-compilation
Build wheels on cp311-win_arm64
Setting SETUPTOOLS_EXT_SUFFIX=.cp311-win_arm64.pyd for cross-compilation
Build wheels on cp311-win_arm64
Setting SETUPTOOLS_USE_DISTUTILS=local as it is required for cross-compilation
Build wheels on cp311-win_arm64
Setting CARGO_BUILD_TARGET=aarch64-pc-windows-msvc for cross-compilation

as you can imagine when I'm building many wheels, this begins to clutter up the logs, e.g. I get 21 notices:

i tried to see if there is a way to reduce the verbosity, or suppress them, but it looks like the logging is hard-coded and because it's not from pip, the usual CIBW_BUILD_VERBOSITY have no effect.

Is there a workaround to reduce and/or consolidate such notices?
