Not to be mistaken for the annotation workflow pull #291 & #216.
Background
Currently, SuperSplat does not offer a built-in way to place interactive markers directly on the point cloud. To add further content to a splat, it would be great to have users attach descriptions, titles, images, or formatted markdown content to specific points. A similar example of this would be the annotation features in Sketchfab or Matterport (image below).
Proposed Feature
Allow placing interactive markers on the splat points.
Clicking a marker opens a dialog showing text, formatted markdown, images, and links.
This feature would help add rich contextual information directly within the splat. Especially when exporting out as a standalone HTML file.

I actually +1 this. Ability to place annotations in exported HTML files would be one of the most useful features, along with shuffling camera poses with arrows.
