When screen is small shellcheck doesn't work?! [ not sure if a bug or not ]

When I am inside tmux vertical split I am getting an error for diagnostic

shellcheck can't run when window size is "small"?! I tried to run from shell no errors

actually this is not in builtins so I removed it.
