Gives poor result on movie script

I have already chunked the documents into scenes and used it to create the index. I auto tuned the prompts before indexing. The performance is poor and it cannot answer general questions from the script or overall synopsis of the script. What can I do to improve the quality.

What was the structure of your data? Can you share a sample? I had similar results with movie scripts.
