[3DS] [Feature Request] UI options to allow deleting save states #3361

There is currently no option to delete save states on 3DS once they are created. Only saving and loading.

Why does deleting a save state matter? You can just not load it. Even the desktop version doesn't have this feature, as it doesn't sound very useful.
