Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since ChatGPT can speak smoothly using the read-aloud feature, and I was wondering if this functionality could be integrated into this fantastic plugin.

Describe the solution you'd like
Therefore, read aloud AI generated responses, current notes, selections, etc…

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I'm using voice plugin, which relies on AWS free credential to read my notes or selection, which I find somewhat laggy and robotic tone.

It would be fantastic if you could consider adding this speaking function!
