Bug description

The tooltips in the SysTray applet use the GTK theme instead of the Cinnamon theme.

Steps to reproduce

Example: With Guake-Terminal

Expected behavior

For consistency with the Cinnamon theme, it would be wise to match the tooltips with the others.
