Actually, there's nothing done for it till now. I just mounted attack first char with a physical attack just to test stuff. |

A good way to make the AI tougher without a whole lot of work, is to make them:
This obviously wouldn't be the final AI; but it could at least provide some challenge in the interim.
An alternative to 2 is to use a random target every time. This will make fights a lot easier; and it will also keep Ivan alive longer.
