Files do not show up under Allocation Info > Files

Seems to be possibly related to issue #398

HashiUI v1.3.8
Nomad v0.10.3

The file listing has just stopped working in one of our environments and I am unsure why. In other environments this is still working with the same versions running.

debug logs on the nomad client when this page is loaded:

I never see the call for client/fs/ls on the allocation hit the client node in these cases. If I manually hit the nomad api directly from the hashi-ui container is does respond correctly to the fs/ls call.
