[BUG/Suggestion] "Program" is automatable and probably shouldn't be

This is more of a suggestion rather than a bug, or maybe it is a bug. Not sure. But I don't think the program selection should be automatable in the DAW. Doesn't make too much sense to me.

In general, I agree... that said, I remember talking to a visually impaired user, who mentioned that having that as an option was helpful, since it made it easier for them to change presets in some DAWs. However, that was before we added screen-reader support, so maybe I should chat with them again, and see if having the presets available as a parameter is still useful for them.
