If the user cant stake the user should not be allowed to timelock stake. We have 2 scenarios here

  • If the user has no vesting schedule at all, then the timelocked staking CTA should not even show
  • If the user has vesting schedule but does not have enough funds available for staking, the staking button should be disabled
