New PyGlossary icon / logo

Here is the new icon / logo.

I just wanted to remove the Python logo because it wasn't very creative (also may imply that we are associated with Python project), but still keep it simple, recognizable and somewhat unique.

I was also hoping to convey the purpose of PyGlossary (to convert, re-use, re-cycle etc), at least to some people!

Also changed the icon size from 48x48 to 64x64 in Gtk and Tkinter UI.

It's in the new release.

Looks great!

Maybe write "Dictionary" or "Glossary" somewhere in the logo. Perhaps on the binding.
