Writing BGL files

I'm looking for a tool similar to the legacy version of Babylon Builder that can run on Linux, but haven't found anything quite like it yet. I'm wondering if there are any plans to add this functionality to Pyglossary in the future or if there are any alternative tools available. Could someone please shed some light on this issue for me? Thank you.

The reason is clarified in the project's summary:

A tool for converting dictionary files aka glossaries. Mainly to help use our offline glossaries in any Open Source dictionary we like on any modern operating system / device.
